	(a) accessing the Online Store; (b) selecting the Product or Products with the respect to which you wish to make an Offer, and clicking the 'add to cart' button; (c) inserting the 'quanitity' of the Product or Products that you require, and clicking the 'checkout' button; (d) selecting the 'Shipping Destination' that you required and clicking the 'continue' button; (e) selecting the 'Shipping Method' that you would prefer and clicking the 'continue' button; (f) competiting the 'Customer Details' Form and clicking the 'continue' button; and (g) providing your 'Payment Details' at our Secured Online Credit Card section of the Site (directone) and clicking the 'continue' button.
1.3	Pest Free Australia is deemed to have accepted ('Acceptance') the Offer when DirectOne.Com card services sends an email message to you, confirming that the payment of the Purchase Price ('Payment') has been processed.
1.4	Payment will be process by NAB Card Services simultaneous to Acceptance. Payment must be made by credit (Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, or Amex).
1.5	An agreement ('Agreement') exists between You and Pest Free Australia, for you to purchase from Pest Free Australia the Product or Products with the respect to which you have made an Offer, upon Acceptance.
1.6	The entire Agreement consists of
	(a) the offer; (b) the Acceptance; and (c) the Terms and Conditions.
1.7	Each seperate Offer and Acceptance, together with the Terms and Conditions, forms a seperate Agreement.
1.8	Pest Free Australia will delivery the Product or Products to You:-
	(a) at the address for delivery ('Delivery Address') provided by You in the Customer Details Form in the Offer; (b) by way of the Shipping Method selected by You in the Offer; (c) at the price ('Shipping Price') that corresponds with the Shipping Method selected by You in the Offer; and (d) within a time that is, at the discretion of Pest Free Australia, feasible. Allow up to 7 days for delivery in Australia.
1.9	Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Product or Products is deemed to be authorised to receive the Product or Products.
1.10	Property and risk in the Product or Products passes to You upon delivery to the Delivery Address.
1.11	Pest Free Australia will only issue a refund ('Refund') to You for the Product or Products, provided:-
	(a) You return your faulty or damaged product or products in the same condition as your recieved them (b) to the Shipping Address ('Shipping Address') you provided when you placed your order (c) within either:-   (i) Thirty (30) days from the date the Agreement is made, if the Delivery Address is outside Australia; or (ii) Seven (7) days from the date the Agreement is made, if the Delivery Address is inside Australia.
1.12	The Shipping Price is not refundable
1.13	A replacement Product or Products with respect to an Exchange will be delivery to you by way of:
	(a) express post, if the Delivery Address is inside Australia; or (b) airmail, if the Delivery Address is outside Australia; or (c) courier, if requested by You (but will incur an extra charge for shipping, being the difference between the cost for shipping by courier and the cost for shipping by airmail).
1.14	You must not:
	(a) engage in the business of re-selling, distributing and/or supplying to any third party, whether through a web site or any other means, any Product/s that You have purchased from Pest Free Australia pursuant to an Agreement; and (b) represent Yourself as Pest Free Australia or as an agent or sub-contractor of Pest Free Australia, by making any unauthorised use of any trade mark and/or copyrights owned by Pest Free Australia or by any other means.
